Hi this is a blog about anything and everything pertaining to health & wellness, diets, product reviews, supplements, strategies for getting in shape insanely fast, biohacking, super-supplements, etc.

My name is Matthew Niezgodski and I have been interested in getting fit and learning all I can about the body since I was a little kid. In high school I did research papers in NMN, resveratrol, and intermittent fasting, as well as working out on a daily basis, eating different healthy foods and trying different diets.

When I went to college I played D2 lacrosse and I was studying Kinesiology/Exercise Science, but soon dropped out because I wanted to eventually start my own business, start bodybuilding, and start becoming a personal trainer instead of going to college for years to get a mediocre job.

I have experimented with countless supplements, diets, and workouts. I have also read many books on personal growth, practiced biohacking, and I do as much as I can for the longevity of my health. I want to share my findings with whoever they might help and inform people of the benefits, drawbacks, and all the reasons to treat your body like a temple.
